📢 Corrigendum Notice – Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) RFP for KYP Training Centers

🚀 Exciting Update for Training Partners! The Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) has extended the deadline and made key amendments to the RFP for selection of Training Partners to operate 19 Block Skill Development Centers (BSDCs) under the Kushal Yuva Program (KYP).

📌 Key Changes in the RFP:
1️⃣ Eligibility Relaxation:

1. Previous Rule: Organizations already operating KYP centers with BSDM were not eligible to apply.
2. Amended Rule: This restriction is now removed—existing KYP training partners can also apply.

2️⃣ Turnover Criteria Update:

1. Previous: Financial turnover requirement was based on FY 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23.
2. Amended: Now it considers FY 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 instead.

3️⃣ Submission Deadline Extended:

1. Previous Deadline: 12th February 2025 (3:00 PM)
2. New Deadline: 21st February 2025 (3:00 PM)
3. Technical Bid Opening: 21st February 2025 (after 4:00 PM)
