The methodology for target allocation would be as per standard target allocation methodology followed by PMKVY 4.0 Executive Committee. The following entities are eligible to apply: Furthermore, institutes (except mentioned in point 3, 6 and 7 above), that have already received targets and fulfill the below-mentioned conditions are eligible to apply for reallocation: Enclosed below is the link to the online form facilitating the collection of interest for both fresh target allocation and reallocation from Schools, Higher Education Institutes, Industrial Training Institutes and Polytechnics.
